Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Abigail Rose and her team ("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, and share information when you visit abigailrosemusic.com (the "Site"), sign up for the newsletter, or get in touch. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Newsletter sign-up. When you join the mailing list, we collect your email address.
Live shows and fan campaigns. When you check in or enter a campaign through SET.Live (for example, by scanning a QR code at a show), you may give us your name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, and answers to any questions or surveys. SET.Live may also record which show you attended and, if you allow it, your device's location to confirm you're at the event.
Emails you send us. If you write to contact@abigailrosemusic.com for press, booking, or anything else, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace automatically collects standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This happens through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Send you news about new music, releases, merchandise, and shows, if you've signed up for the newsletter or a fan campaign
Run giveaways, meet-and-greets, and other fan campaigns, and contact winners
Reply to your messages and inquiries
Understand where fans are and plan future shows
Understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
Keep the Site secure and working properly
Comply with legal obligations
3. Newsletter and email
If you join the mailing list, your email address is stored with our email service provider, Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to contact@abigailrosemusic.com.
If you give us your phone number through SET.Live, Laylo, or another sign-up, we may send you text messages about music, shows, and merch. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.
4. Store, purchases, and third-party services
Several features linked from the Site are run by other companies, and your use of them is governed by their own privacy policies:
Merch store and vinyl pre-orders (store.abigailrosemusic.com) are operated through Shopify. Payment details and order information you enter there are collected and processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We receive the order details we need to fulfill your purchase, such as your name, shipping address, email, and items ordered. We never see or store your full card number.
Bandcamp handles music and merch purchases made on abigailrosemusic.bandcamp.com.
SET.Live (operated by MAX) runs our live-show check-ins and fan campaigns. Information you submit there is collected by SET.Live and passed to us, and may be exported to our email or text-messaging provider. It is covered by this policy and by SET.Live's own privacy policy.
Bandsintown powers the show listings and "Request a show" feature.
Music links (such as ffm.to and nfan.link) are smart-link services that direct you to your preferred streaming platform and may collect information about your click.
Embedded and linked content from YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), TIDAL, SoundCloud, and other platforms may collect information about you if you interact with it or are logged in to those services.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.
5. Cookies
